In the description of the hotel's web site there is also a detailed map of the area around the hotel. You will receive full details about hotel's address with your reservation via email.
About rooms
1. The room rates of the hotel are per person or per room-apartment ?
All the rates are per room.If there will be any exception, this will be notified to hotel's web site.
2. In the room rates are included also all taxes ?
Yes, all taxes are included in room rates.
3. What about the breakfast. Is included also in room rates ?
In the facilities of each hotel described the status about the breakfast.
4. Are there any discounts in room rates ?
We provide you the best rates with all the all discounts included. There is no extra discounts in room rates.
About Payment
1. For any reservation is necessary advance payment ?
Yes if you wish to secure your reservation is necessary minimum advance payment via credit card between 12% - 15% of the total cost. Some hotels due to extra security, get credit card's pre authorization bank approve for the total amount of your reservation.
2. What is the accepted credit cards ?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
3. How i could get a refund since my credit card was charged ?
You will get a refund if your request is according hotel's cancellation policy and in the proper cancellation time.

About Hotel's Reservations

How do I know my reservation
was booked?
Since you will have complete all
the steps of your reservation you will
receive an email on
confirmation of your hotel booking
with all the contact details and your invoice form.

Do I need to
confirm my reservation?
There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you
still feel you would like to verify that your
reservation was made, you can do so by emailing our
Customer Support Team at
support@etravel.gr or by contacting our
customer services team.
3.
Reservations by email or
telephone call are accepted ?
Yes reservations via email or by
phone call are accepted only if the client
deposit advance payment directly to bank
account and send via fax the receipt of the bank. In
this case the client will receive a confirmation
email for the reservation with all the details of
the hotel.
4.
How many rooms i
could book with one reservation?
A maximum number of 12 rooms can
be reserved in one booking if the rooms are
available from the hotel. For more rooms please
contact with our Customer Support Team

5.
The booking procedure
was completed but i didn't receive any confirmation
email. What i have to do?
First of all check if the email
you submit in the reservation form was the correct.
