The Villa Irene I & II is a Complex
of two separate A' Class Villas built in a site
of 4000 m2. It is situated by the waters of
Libyan Sea and it is 1 km east from the Town of
Ierapetra. The area has high temperatures and
the longest sunshine in Europe.

Between the two Villas and in the garden
amongst the trees, plants and flowers there
are a pavilion seating area, a swimming pool,
a baby pool, a spa pool, and a sauna. There
is also a BBQ area with a traditional oven
for use by guests.
There is plenty of car parking on the
grounds of the villas.

VILLA IRENE I: Comprises of six
apartments, we can be central heated thus
suitable for winter accommodation. Two of
these have a fireplace.
VILLA IRENE II Comprises of six
apartments and four maisonettes.
Each apartment comprises of one twin or
double bedroom, living- room with bed or bed-couch,
dining area, a fully equipped kitchen,
bathroom and a veranda with a sea view. The
apartments differ in size and can
accommodate 2 to 4 people.

About Lassithi
Lassithi is the land lived by people who
carry thousands of years of tradition and
culture; here people knock off couplets,
play the lyre, the violin and the lute,
they produce wine and tsikoudia, they
passionately dance pentozales. They offer
their traditional cuisine, a superb
specimen of a healthy Mediterranean diet
using the "blessed" olive oil, accompanied
